Great for those rotten labels meant NOT to be read. Purchased this as a little gift for one of my friends with eyesight that's less than perfect. She loved it.
Although I was able to get it back in, I don't trust the frame to hold the heavy glass now, as there is no way to tighten the frame around the glass. The first day he used it the glass fell out of the metal frame. Not a good buy for children - I was very disappointed with the quality. I bought this magnifying glass as a gift for my four year old grandson who is interested in science. The reviews were good, so although it was inexpensive I ordered it.
We were satisfied. I ordered this item for someone with poor vision.It is very useful for reading and doing word puzzles.The handle is comfortable.It was packaged well and delivered in a timely manner.
Recommend highly. The 4x magnification is much better than the usual 2x. It has really helped my 85 year old Mother.
So I went online looking for a magnifying glass that might help him, where I found this one. The handle is too small for the weight of the unit to hold comfortably.
I received the glass quickly, and as with all items I've ordered through your website, I am very happy with the quality and service. Still, it has been very helpful to his ability to read and I'm very glad I found it for him.
My husband has had failing vision for some time now, due to surgeries from an injury to one eye, and a macular hole in the other. It's wide enough to see most things and the 4X magnification helps a lot to make it possible for him to read smaller print.He says there is only one thing that he would change.
Thanks for all you do. As a result, he was having a difficult time reading most things, which was very frustrating for him.
He has been using it now for several weeks, and he likes it very much.
